🇪🇸 El Ayuntamiento de Pamplona contratará y pondrá a disposición de los participantes al menos una carretilla elevadora automotora (’máquina frontal’ o ‘torito’, conocida también en inglés como ‘Forklit’), para que podáis mover elementos pesados.

Para hacer uso de ella las personas de cada empresa que la vayan a utilizar deberán acreditar, con carácter previo, la posesión de la formación, del certificado o carné vigente para su uso (de operador/a de carretillas elevadoras), adjuntando estos carnés a la documentación general que nos tienes que enviar, numerándolos con el número de esta página (ver arriba el número de este documento).

Esto será comprobado por el responsable del Área de Ciudadela (jefe, Fermín Portillo Chocarro o personal a su cargo en quien delegue) antes de entregar las llaves de la máquina a dicha/s persona/s.

Normas:

• No se puede correr a gran velocidad.
• No se puede transportar de ningún modo a otras personas.
• Si alguien utiliza la carretilla sin haber entregado previamente el certificado para su uso, esto podrá ser motivo de descalificación en el concurso para el participante con el que colabore quien incumpla.

Esto es por vuestra seguridad y porque según la normativa basada en las Notas Técnicas de Prevención NTP 713, 714 y 715, del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo, del Ministerio de Trabajo, relativas a Carretillas Elevadoras Automotoras, la empresa que realiza su alquiler está obligada a:

1. Comprobación de su perfecto funcionamiento.
2. Autorización de su uso e información a una persona, la cual debe cumplir:

• Que sea mayor de edad (18 años).
• Haber realizado la formación correspondiente (que tenga título y carnet vigente de carretillero).

Títulos de formación:

Tal y como se indica en la norma UNE 58451:2016, donde se exige que, la empresa responsable de la carretilla elevadora ( el Servicio de Ciudadela, del Ayuntamiento de Pamplona/Iruña) deberá:

• Realizar una supervisión del correcto estado y funcionamiento de la carretilla elevadora.

To make use of it is the persons of each company which will be used must demonstrate, in advance, the possession of the training, the certificate or licence to use it in your country, in force, adding this certificates to the general documentation that you sent us, numbering with the number of this page (see on the top left the number of this document).

This will be checked by the head of the Ciudadela Area (chief, Fermín Portillo Chocarro or dependent staff in whom he delegates) before delivering the keys to the machine to the said person/s.

Rules:

• Cannot drive with higth velocity.
• Cannot transporting another person person no way (only the driver could be on the Forklift).
• If someone uses the truck without send us previously his/her certificate for use, this may be a reason for disqualification in the contest for the participant with whom the failure to comply.

This is for your safety and because according to the regulations based on the Technical Notes of Prevention NTP 713, 714 and 715, the Spanish National Institute of Safety and Health at Work, the Ministry of Labour, concerning Automotive Highway Highways, the company that rents the rental is obliged to:

1. Check his perfect operation.

Authorisation of use and information to a person who must comply with:

• Be of legal age in Spanish (18y)
• Got the mandatory certificate in force in your country, and give us the copy.

Training degrees:

As indicated in UNE 58451:2016, where it is required that the company responsible for the lift the truck (the Citadel Service of the Pamplona/Iruña City Council) must:

• Conduct supervision of the correct condition and operation of the lift truck (forklift).
