State document named "TRANSFERENCIA INVERSA" (document “t.90”)

This is needed for entering the pyrotechnic material into Spain from non-Spanish companies.

We must send it to the ICAE (Central Intervention of Arms and Explosives) of the Guardia Civil (special Police for explosives) of Madrid. They must approve it before you come to Spain or you will be fined and you will lose your products without the right to compensation.

• ⏰ Deadhline: We must send this document (with other documents of you, like the 91dr) to the ICAE at least 🚨 before 1 month and 1 week before of your display, as deadhline 🚨.
• 🇪🇸 The document must be filled in Spanish language, so here we explain to you how to fill it.
• 🇪🇺 Regard that all the products you want to enter in Spain must be "CE" (if you are an European company).
• 💻 The document must be filled and returned to us in its original Microsoft Word format file, so do NOT change to PDF or other any kind of file, because we must send to the ICAE in Word format.

Applies to:

• When you enter into Spain with fireworks products from other European country (even if the product was manufactured in Spanish / previously purchased in Spain). All products must be CE.
• Do not applies:
  • If you buy the material directly in Spain to a Spanish company/ies (regardless its manufacturing origin) and, so, you do not cross any custom with it.
  • To the non-European companies (that could do different kind of importation and not this 90-Transferencia Inversa document).

Procedure

First page:

The most important parts to be filled by the issuer/sender/exporter (so for you), are:

First page (#1) of the Transferencia Inversa. The bottom left part will contain the signature+stamp of the Spanish company.

Part 3 ("EXPEDIDOR"): Your company’s full info.

Part 5. Here starts the full list of the products that you will bring into Spain. But as we know that you will not have enough space here to put all the products, we have write there “VER ANEXOS” (in the “Denominación” area) that means “see the anexxes”. So is not needed you start the list of products here. You will start directly in the secondary pages, that are the continuation of this area. On the bottom of this area you must fill:
