🌍 14.0 or Full display project (or the ‘KUT’):

According to the Spanish law you must give us the full project of your display, containing at least, the data we say below. We will send it, with the other documents of you, to our authorities in the Delegation of the central Government in Navarra.

In Pamplona we call to the project the “e 140document. In Spain some companies still call it the “KUT” document, like old times, because it contains the “Kilograms, Units and Times” information, although the law today ask some more detailed data than those.

The 140/Project is very easy to get if you use a current design program for designing your fireworks display. When you end designing your fireworks show, just be careful that the document contains the next data.

There are two ways of doing the 140/Project to be accepted in Spain (and both must contain a graphical or symbolic representation of your display):

Or, if not, the following three separate documents, numbered with these names (14, 15 and 16), and containing the following information (we translate what the current Spanish law says):
