🌍 14.0 or Full display project (or the ‘KUT’):

According to the Spanish law you must give us the full project of your display, containing at least, the data we say below. We will send it, with the other documents of you, to our authorities in the Delegation of the central Government in Navarra.

In Pamplona we call to the project the “e 140” document. In Spain some companies still call it the “KUT” document, like old times, because it contains the “Kilograms, Units and Times” information, although the law today ask some more detailed data than those.

The 140/Project is very easy to get if you use a current design program for designing your fireworks display. When you end designing your fireworks show, just be careful that the document contains the next data.

There are two ways of doing the 140/Project to be accepted in Spain (and both must contain a graphical or symbolic representation of your display):

1. A single document (easiest way):

One of the favorite ways to show all needed information on the 140 (including the graphical representation).

But you can show al the info in different ways.

One document containing, in a unified way, a list with all this information (in as many pages as you need):

• ⏰ Timing. Exact firing time of each shooting.
• 📐 Angle degrees (º) of each shooting or launching (with respect to vertical/0º)
• 🖌️ Graphical or symbolic representation of the firing (for example with “\\\ ||| ///”) See down the “🚨” paragraph.
• 💯 Quantities of each product in each shooting moment.
• 🇪🇺 CE numbers (of each product). The European foreigners must use only CE products.
• 🧨 Products names that you are going to shoot (its commercial/official name).
• ∅ Caliber (if not included in the ‘Product name’ itself)
• ⚖️ NEC weight per each product (in grams).
• 🟰 Totals at the end of the document:
  • ⏰ Total duration time (in seconds).
  • ⚖️ Total NEC weight of the whole display (in kg). It'll have to match with the total weight you declare on the document 90-Transferencia Inversa (import) except the cases when you use part of products from an Spanish supplier that is going to supply you directly in Spain.
• Optional: if you can divide the display in a different sections, sequences or parts:
  • 🔢 Correlative numbering each section (named as 1st, 2nd, 3th, etc.).
  • ⌛️ Length of total time of each this section (how long they last each one, in seconds).

2. Different documents for each thing.

Or, if not, the following three separate documents, numbered with these names (14, 15 and 16), and containing the following information (we translate what the current Spanish law says):
