Colaboración de una empresa española

Carné de ‘Experto’ español. / Spanish expert's card.

🇪🇸 ¿Por qué?

Para disparar un espectáculo pirotécnico en España, según la ley, es necesario que en el montaje y el disparo esté presente un pirotécnico con ‘carné de experto’ español.

Normalmente las empresas extranjeras no suelen tener entre su personal a expertos con carné de experto español. Para este fin se firmará un contrato de colaboración (documentos tipo “C.19”) entre empresas de expertos para la cesión de un experto español desde al empresa española hacia la empresa extranjera, para que esta cuente, en el día del disparo, con un experto español en plantilla.

El Ayuntamiento de Pamplona corre con los gastos de estancia (comidas y alojamiento) de este experto cedido por la empresa española y asumido por la empresa extranjera, durante el día de tu disparo.

Y, además, paga un pequeño importe de ayuda por este servicio a la empresa española (para que la extranjera no tenga que pagarlo).

🌍 ¿Why?

To shoot a fireworks show in Spain, according to the law, it is necessary to have a pyrotechnician worker (’expert’) with an 'Spanish expert license' that must be present during the previous works and the shooting.

Normally, foreign companies do not have a Spanish experts with an Spanish license among their staff. For this purpose, a collaboration agreement will be signed (documents type “C.19”) between the fireworks companies for the transfer of a Spanish expert/worker from the Spanish company to the foreign company. This way the foreign company will have one Spanish expert on ‘his’ staff on the day of the shooting.

The Pamplona City Council covers the expenses (meals and accommodation) of this expert loaned by the Spanish company and assumed by the foreign company, in your display day.

In addition, the council pays a small amount of aid for this service to the Spanish company (so that the foreign company does not have to pay for it).

Funciones de este experto español

Ese experto sólo estará presente para cumplir la ley y para velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa española durante el montaje y el disparo, pero no está obligado a tener que trabajar montando con el equipo extranjero.

Si necesitas que trabaje contigo (como mano de obra, como si realmente fuera un empleado tuyo), deberás llegar a un acuerdo económico a parte con la empresa española que te va a dar este servicio de ayuda legal.

Work of this Spanish expert

This expert will only be present to comply with the law and to ensure compliance with Spanish regulations during assembly and shooting, but is not obliged to work with the foreign team.

If you need he/she works with you (as a workforce, as if I really was your employer this day), you will have to reach an economic agreement partly with the Spanish company that will give you this legal aid service (from the presence of an expert).

¿Quien me ayudará?

Hay varias opciones (consulta tu caso con el director del concurso):

1. Tú mismo buscas una empresa española con la que ya tengas relación y confianza (que sea tu proveedor de productos en España o sean amigos tuyos) y que quiera colaborar contigo para tu participación en San Fermín.
2. La empresa del participante anterior o posterior a ti. Podemos convenir con ellos que vengan un día antes o que se queden un día más para ayudarte a ti. Nosotros negociaremos esto con ellos.
3. Si no tienes contacto con ninguna empresa española y si los participantes anterior y posterior a ti no pudieran darte este servicio, intentaremos contactar con una tercera empresa diferente que pueda ayudarte.

Who will help me?

There are several options (check your case with the contest director):

1. You yourself ask to a Spanish company with which you already have a relationship and trust (whether it be your product provider in Spain or friends of your) and that wants to collaborate with you for your participation in San Fermín.
2. The company of the competitor before or after you. We can agree with them to they come in a day before or stay another day more to help you. We'll negotiate this with them.
3. If you have no contact with any Spanish company and if the participants before and after you cannot give you this service, we will try to contact a different third company to help you in Pamplona.
