🇪🇸 En el Colegio Mayor Larraona centralizamos dos tipos de alojamiento e incluimos plazas de aparcamiento limitadas:

🌍 At the Colegio Mayor Larraona (high school) we offer two types of accommodations and some parking slots:

1. Alojamiento incluido (gratuito) para los concursantes y sus equipos de producción (10 personas, 2 noches).
2. Camas/habitaciones extra (fuera de las incluidas gratuitamente).
3. Plazas de aparcamiento: 2 por concursante/empresa.

El alojamiento, desde 2016, es el Colegio Mayor Larraona (ver mapa abajo) y ya está reservado directamente por el Ayuntamiento.

Condiciones:

Los participantes deben llegar a Pamplona la noche de la víspera.

Por ello el Ayuntamiento de Pamplona facilita gratuitamente 2 noches de hospedaje para 10 pirotécnicos o miembros del equipo del diseñador (= 20 camas en total), repartidas así:

1. 10 camas la víspera (la noche anterior o día ‘-1’)
2. 10 camas la noche del disparo (día 0)

El hospedaje no es un hotel: es un colegio mayor. Todas las habitaciones son:

• Individuales (1 persona por habitación).
• Sábanas, toallas, gel y champú de cortesía.
• Con baño completo privado con:
  • ducha (recuerda que también hay duchas en la Ciudadela, pero allí sin toallas)
  • taza de váter (WC)
  • lavabo
• Con 6 enchufes (de tipo Schuko europeo)
• Terminadas de reformar en 2024
• SIN aire acondicionado.
• NO hay habitaciones dobles, todas son individuales.

Incluye:

• Café por la mañana (sólo desde las 8 AM hasta las 10 AM).
• Parking reservado para dos vehículos por empresa.

The accommodation, till 2016, is sited in the ‘Colegio Mayor Larrona’ (see the situation map bellow).

Conditions:

Participants an the products must arrive to Pamplona the eve.

For this reason the City Council of Pamplona provides free of charge 2 nights lodging for 10 pyrotechnicians or designer's team members (= 20 beds in total), for using like this:

1. 10 beds on the eve (the night before or ‘-1’ day)
2. 10 beds the night of the display (day 0)

The hosting is not a hotel: it is a high school. All the rooms are:

• Individuals (1 bed, 1 person).
• Complimentary sheets, towels, gel and shampoo.
• With private complet bathroom inside wich:
  • shower (remember there are also showers in the Citadel, but are there no towels there)
  • toilet bowl (WC)
  • washbasin
• With 6 plugs (european Schuko kind)
• Finished to reform in 2024
• Don NOT have air conditioning.
• There are NOT double rooms (all rooms are indivisual).

Includes:

• Coffee in the morning (only from 8 AM to 10 AM).
• Reserved parking for two vehicles by company.

🇪🇸 Procedimiento de reserva del tipo 1 (camas gratuitas):

• Fecha límite: 30 de JUNIO
• Es necesario enviar previamente la copia del DNI o pasaporte de cada persona.
• Enviar solicitud a la organización por correo electrónico, nunca directamente al establecimiento (que no atenderá reservas ni modificaciones, ya que la reserva está a nombre del Ayuntamiento de Pamplona, no para cada compañía pirotécnica).

🇬🇧 Booking procedure for type 1 (the free beds):

• Deadline: JUNE 30th
• It is necessary to send previously the copy of the passport of each person.
• Send request to the organization by e-mail, never directly to the hostel (which will not serve reservations or modifications, since the reservation is made by the City Council of Pamplona, not for each pyrotechnic Company).

Tipo 2)

🇪🇸 Alojamientos EXTRA

Ten en cuenta que en Pamplona, durante los Sanfermines, el alojamiento es caro y escaso.

El alojamiento extra está pensado para estos casos:

• Si necesitas más camas que las 10 que tienes reservadas (2 noches, en tus días ‘-1’ y ‘0’) por el Ayuntamiento. Por ejemplo si vais a venir 12 personas alguno de los días, necesitarás 2 camas extra.
• O si necesitas más camas en días anteriores o posteriores.

Desde 2024 estas reservas extra deberán ser hechas por cada concursante y directamente al Colegio Mayor Larraona:

Type 2)

🌍 Extra rooms

Note that in Pamplona, during the Sanfermines, the accommodation is expensive and scarce.

The extra-rooms are for these situations:

• If you need more beds/rooms than the 10 that you have already reserved (2 nights, in your ‘-1’ and ‘0’ days) by the City Council of Pamplona. For exemple: if you are going to come 12 people in this days, you will need 2 extra-beds/rooms.
• If you need more beds the previous or next days (if you get to Pamplona in advance or if you delay your departure day).

Since 2024 this extra reservations must be done by each competitor, booking directly in the Larraona:

Esas habitaciones extra las tenéis que pagar vosotros, sí, pero aún y todo os hará falta el código de autorización (salvo que compréis directamente las que venden en el ‘mercado libre’ a precio habitual, si es que les quedan para el día en que queréis).

Those extra must be paid by you, yes, but still you will need the authorization code (unless you buy directly buy from those who they sell in the ‘free market’ in the usual price, if there are available just for the day you need).

El día 15 de junio se liberarán esas extra (ya no tendremos acceso y las venderán). Si, por otro lado, necesitáis menos camas que 10 alguno de los días (por ejemplo 8) por favor decídselo a Mikel para que no se queden pagadas y sin usar y así las pueda usar otro compañero a quien le hagan falta.

On June 15th, these extras will be released (we will no longer have access and Larraona will sell them). If, on the other hand, you need less beds than 10 days (e.g. 8) please tell Mikel so we want not paid the empty or unused rooms and so that they can be used by another competitor who, may be, needs it.
